The second floor is an attic floor, and it is open-plan. The house has air-conditioning and its own heating system. The house is ready to move in and the furniture can be purchased with the rest of the property, too, if such terms are agreed upon by both vendor and buyer. There is satellite TV, solar panels, a solid fence and a farmyard building. The yard is vast - it has an area of 600 sq. m. and there is a vineyard and some fruit trees in the yard.
The village is big; the area is nice and has all the necessary facilities. However, a major advantage is that the property is very close to Bourgas and the top condition it is in makes it suitable for a round-the-year residence.
