Full Description: The rents of agricultural land in Bulgaria are slowly but steadily going up and the average price in some areas already exceeds BGN 15 per decare (1,000 sq.m.). There is great bidding among the tenant farmers for even the not so good fields as they are trying to take the land with the best offer. For the area of Elhovo it is expected for them to promise BGN 6 -10 per decare because only in a month they will receive the first EU subsidies which will amount to about BGN 20. For the same reason the problems with contracted but unpaid rents remain in the past because no one wants to ‘lose’ the land by giving the owner a reason to dissolve the agreement. Despite the difficult year this fall rent will be paid for all fields.

The village of Dabovo is located in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria, just 5 km from the mineral springs of the village of Stefan Karadjovo. It is recommended for hard-attacks, kidney- urological and stomach-diseases.The adjacent villages are : Popovo, Goliamo Krushevo, Denitsa, as a municipal centre - town of Boliarovo.
Here is an agricultural land package for sale priced at 300 EUR per 1,000 sq.m. Most of the plots are situated by a river or within easy access to an asphalt road.
