Full Description: This new residential building, in the process of construction, will be situated in the centre of the city of Bourgas, in close proximity to the "Krasnodar" market, in a region with excellent communications, and fast and easy access to public bodies and facilities, trade establishments; it is near busy central streets and pedestrian walkways. The building will be with modern architecture and it has four shops and sixteen apartments with a floor space ranging from 51.67 sq. m. to 114.71 sq. m., distributed among four residential and a fifth terrace floor. In the construction only up-to-the-second technology is to be applied, with heat and water insulations, and the livable area will be so utilized and distributed in such a way, as to cater for the needs of its residents, providing total peace and comfort.

Reservation
The sites in the building can be reserved by paying a non-refundable deposit to the amount of 5% of the purchase price. The deposit guarantees the reservation of the apartment until signing the preliminary contract, according to the payment plan below.

Payment Plan
5% of the price – non-refundable deposit – upon reservation;
25% of the price – upon signing the preliminary contract (January 2008)
30% of the price – second floor
20% of the price – upon completing the shell stage and constructing the roof;
10% of the price – upon installing the framing and the completion of the plumbing and electricity installations
10% of the price – upon receiving Act 15
