The Perelik project also intends to join up with the ski pistes of the Mechi Chal peak near Chepelare at the other side of Stoykite, substantially increasing the Pamporovo skiing area and putting Stoykite right at it's centre. There are preliminary plans to build a new golf course nearby and a new airport, about 10 km away.

It's location gives it ideal rental income potential for skiers during the winter, but also for summer tourism such as walking or other nature pursuits. It is a large house which represents very good value for money, costing as it stands, no more than a small apartment in a Pamporovo complex. It could be renovated into a small hotel, three or more exclusive apartments, or just remain a large, impressive house. It has 300 sq.m floor (100 sq.m per floor) area and 340 sq.m land. The lower ground floor provides 2 rooms, winter room, toilet and hand basin, large patio terrace. Internal stairs lead to the upper ground floor which offers 1 room with small terrace, 3 bedrooms, two with en-suite shower/toilet and all access terraces, separate shower/toilet.
